All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final.

Damages or Order Issues

We stand behind the quality of our products. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@fireintheholehotsauce.com. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please email support@fireintheholehotsauce.com with your order number and photos of the issue. If approved, we may replace the item, refund the item, or provide another resolution at our discretion.
